Flairsoft Attended Montgomery Information Technology Summit (MITS) 2023 Conference on 23-24 May 2023 in Montgomery, Alabama

Our Flairsoft Team was happy to engage in the Montgomery Information Technology Summit (MITS) 2023 Conference on 23-24 May 2023 in Montgomery, Alabama hosted by the AFCEA Montgomery Chapter. We also participated in the additional Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) Vendor Industry Day and the BES Vendor Exchange Forum and were able to connect with old and new business friends and partners!

The focus of the MITS Conference was the ‘Unwavering Drive for Automation’ by encouraging the establishment of processes that streamline and expedite business productivity and growth. Some of the challenges in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate data in Large Language Models (LLMs) processes are to ensure Information Security, Ethics, Accuracy, and defusing built-in Biases. The “Say It, Do It, Prove It” tagline kept all attendees concentrated on smart ways to achieve measurable outcomes and to operate with a continuous improvement mindset.

The PEO BES Vendor Industry Day (VID) featured acquisition briefings by government personnel that focused on current and future business opportunities across the enterprise. We reviewed a 6-24 month forecast of upcoming acquisition opportunities with the Small Business Office (SBO) leading the discussion. The Business and Enterprise Systems (BES) Vendor Exchange Forum brought current and potential industry partners together to receive presentations from BES leadership and program leads on the BES mission, direction, upcoming opportunities, and challenges. Our Team was delighted to initiate discussions with several of the BES Leadership Teams in the Directorate to respond to key opportunities. All the way around, it was a great and worthwhile conference!
