SUMMARY:
Flairsoft Federal is seeking a full time, on-site Senior Management Analyst in support of the AFRL Graphics and Communications contract located in Fairborn, OH 45433. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and will perform the following duties/responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the administrative duties supporting a branch of 29 people.
  • Responsible for domestic travel (DTS) for the branch. Review travel orders & vouchers for accuracy, submit the correct paperwork in a timely manner for approval, and ensure the correct funds are being used for the travel. For foreign travel (ITAP) responsibilities, determine whether the traveler needs an official passport; a VISA to enter the country; and any required training through the security office that has to be completed and assist with getting these accomplished. Submit the paperwork by a certain deadline (45 days before trip) through a workflow for approval or obtain the required justification letter.
  • Prepare and process the paperwork for in-processing/out-processing of new personnel to the branch, which includes gathering information from various sources (the POC & new employee); getting new personnel an account in the background check database (e-QIP); completing the necessary paperwork for personnel; IT; and security; requesting visitor’s passes; and providing maps & directions.
  • Responsible for S&PR (Security & Policy Review) documents by reviewing them for format (ensure it has the required 15-day lead time); ensuring the request form is complete & signed; and submit them to the Sharepoint site for approval in a workflow process.
  • WU App database for discussions regarding all research efforts (contracts & agreements). Assist the Program Managers in completing the initial paperwork for their case files through a workflow process. Assist in maintaining the information in the database throughout the term of the effort; and at the end of the effort, tracking submittal of a final report for the effort to STINFO to be published in DTIC (Defense Technical Information Center) & editing the front matter and format on final reports when the effort is over; and completing closeout paperwork and retirement of the effort.
  • Assist the Program Managers with meetings held off base at Tec Edge, by scheduling and/or handling lunch plans (ordering, picking up, delivering, clean up, & collecting funds).
  • Responsible for scheduling work orders, submitting visit requests, maintaining office supplies and submitting supply orders to the GPC (credit card holder) when necessary; updating recall rosters, maintaining the in/out board in the branch office, and submitting any correspondence that needs signed by branch, division & directorate into a workflow process (FOG correspondence log). Distribute the mail and can accept the delivery if the division admin is not available.
  • In addition to these duties, the division/branch occasionally has assignments/suspenses for data from the program managers that require assistance in collecting the information and closing out the suspenses.
  • Assist the Division Records Manager with tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with Defense Travel System (DTS)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience working with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Prior experience working with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Report editing for format.

CLEARANCE:
Current Secret clearance preferred, but at a minimum must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance as required.

SALARY RANGE:
Commensurate with education and experience.

    • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in Business, Technical, Marketing or related field from an accredited institution. 7+ year’s professional experience in Federal sales and/or marketing role. 7+ year’s public sector Federal work and 7+ year’s private sector Federal work. Certification(s) for Process Management required.

  • Required:
    • Drive and move new sales opportunities to closure through demos, proof of concept, creating responses to request for proposals, participating in marketing events. Apply intellectual capital and provide solid sales strategy.
    • Must be able to identify, qualify opportunities, craft strategies and close on new or expanded business.
    • Must develop concise, complete and compelling sales messages.
    • Must leverage business through multiple simultaneous teaming relationships and industry associations.
    • Assist in the recruiting, training and development of Sales Representatives, Program Managers and staff positions.
    • Must be comfortable working with executive management as well as articulating strategy, solutions and services.
    • Excellent written and oral communication and listening skills.
    • Must have solid experience with DoD and/or Federal acquisition strategy and contract management experience. Analytical and negotiation skills, ability to synthesize complex technical, business, and legal issues to apply that knowledge at solving problems and executing action plans.

  • Responsibilities:This position is focused on accomplishing Fiscal Year and long term growth strategies, and bringing to market new or expanded service offerings and growth initiatives. We are looking for an experienced professional, with the right mix of technical and business experience, to focus on achieving and exceeding revenue and performance goals.
    • Requirements – Identify customer requirements for opportunities spanning portfolio investment, product development and associated technologies.
    • Directs –Directs Federal operations and solutions that leverage industry best practices to help customers shorten their deployment times and realize efficient business benefits.
    • Proposals – Leads and participates in proposal development through finely crafted win strategies and detailed organization leadership.
    • Partnering – Partner with the marketing team, and develop “Go to Market” strategies and support industry trade shows. Coordinates with teams to help with pursuits of large and strategic opportunities.
    • Business Experience – Establishes repeatable business practices across operations, finance and sales functions to support the growing Network and partner ecosystem.
    • Customer Acquisition –Translates business goals of new opportunities into actionable plans and strategies that optimize success within the assigned target accounts. Aligns target accounts and market opportunities with upstream strategic plans and metrics.
    • Solution Selling – Approach selling from a value based solution perspective. Ensures that Flairsoft services accurately address the customer/client’s business needs in terms of type, scope, level.
    • Pipeline Management – Build, monitor and orchestrate sales pipeline projects to ensure continuous growth; analyze overall win rates and win/loss ratios.
    • Strategic Direction – Understand Flairsoft’s overall strategic and portfolio direction, and assist in customizing solutions based on the client’s needs.
    • Industry and Client Knowledge – Stay current with industry and competitive research and information; maintain an understanding of client business challenges, industry trends and markets; demonstrate the knowledge to position and map Flairsoft capabilities that align to client business objectives and initiatives.
    • Sales Reporting – Prepare periodic showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
    • Monitor and evaluate – Assess the activities and service offering of the competition.
