Mr. Dheeraj Kulshrestha is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Flairsoft, a global information technology firm. Mr. Kulshrestha founded Flairsoft in 2001 and grew it to a strong and innovative technology solutions company serving Air Force, DoD, State of Ohio, State of Oregon and fortune 500 companies. Flairsoft has grown 20%+ in the past 3 years. His thought leadership got the Flairsoft team a unique recognition that is Topcat award for innovation from Tech Columbus community. Flairsoft today employs over 85 professional across multiple states within US.
Mr. Kulshrestha has more than 28 years of successful hands-on technical and management experience in design and delivery of large-scale software solutions in multiple domains including state government, financial services and education. He was successfully able to lead Flairsoft into doing work with US Air Force and establish a strong reputation of a technology savvy company back in 2006.
As an effective technology leader, he has delivered innovative technology solutions based on cloud computing, GIS, Service Oriented Architecture, e-Business, business intelligence and product development. He has served in a number of senior management roles involving strategic systems design, data architectures and advanced systems security management. He is an analytical thinker with the imagination and leadership skills to identify the idea that will best serve an agency’s bottom line. Mr. Kulshrestha inspires team members with his collaborative management style that promotes team involvement in strategic planning and open communication.
Mr. Kulshrestha has experience in delivering effective IT solutions for a variety of industries, including public utilities, government and financial services. Prior to founding Flairsoft, he served in a number of senior management roles. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. He also completed coursework towards PhD. He has recently been designated as INNOVATION LEADER awarded by Asian American Commerce Group for 2023.
Janice Adams is the Business Manager for Flairsoft Federal. In this capacity, she is responsible for account management and contracting functions for the federal division.
Janice is a native of Fairborn, Ohio where her father, a WWII Veteran, served as an attorney in the Judge Advocate General’s office at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. These deep military roots shaped her admiration for the mission and traditions of the US military branches and a desire to aid that mission. Prior to joining Flairsoft, Janice was a paralegal for a law firm in Charlotte, NC where she worked with a diverse base of business and individual clientele. She is adept at forming strong business relationships to facilitate successful partnering, and bringing insight from both a legal and business perspective. Throughout her career she has handled client’s needs and worked toward delivering the best outcome for them.
Ms. Adams holds both a BA in English and a BA in Photography from The Ohio State University. In addition, she holds a paralegal certificate from UNC Charlotte.
Mr. Fisher (Active Secret and DISS-eligible for TS Clearance), USN Vietnam Vet, GS-15 (Ret), He has more than 55 years of executive leadership and information technology experience including 30 years in DoD IT Logistics Systems followed by 25 years in related industry activities. Founded and served as President of two small businesses, supported 14 small businesses with acquisition and proposal leadership, winning more than a billion dollars in awarded contracts. Planned and managed the execution of concurrent complex enterprise-wide IT projects for HHS CMS. As a HQ AFLC/AFMC-based Civil Servant: Led teams of professionals in the design, construction, re-engineering, migration, and command-wide implementation of Advanced Logistics Systems Datacenters; Led the development the AFLC/AFMC-wide Wholesale Stock Control and Distribution System consisting of millions of lines of code and was Program Manager for the Air Force Equipment Management System. Organized and directed Program Control of all AFMC Depot-Level Logistics IT Modernization Programs in continuous coordination with systems at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, and Randolph AFB. Served as Executive Assistant to the Commander, JLSC for DoD joint business systems.
Carrie Taylor is a seasoned technology and acquisition executive with more than 30 years of experience supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community programs, holding an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and SAP access. She has led and managed over $1 billion in government programs across AFLCMC, ISR/SOF, cybersecurity, systems engineering, enterprise architecture, risk management, and advanced technology acquisition, with deep expertise in MBSE, RMF, CRADAs, supply chain risk management, and geospatial technologies. Ms. Taylor holds a BS in Computer Science from the Ohio State University.
