Flairsoft Adds new Director of Software Engineering Al Cline.

Fairborn, OH – December 16, 2010 – Flairsoft has announced the addition of Mr. Al Cline to the Flairsoft Federal team. Mr. Cline has been a leader in the software industry for about 35 years, and a process engineer consultant for the last 25. His expertise includes software development process and mentoring that enables organizations to deliver software predictably with unusually low defect rates. He is the iteration manager and software engineering lead for an agile project at Wright–Patterson Air Force base. He also teaches PM and PMP–prep classes nationally.

Previously, Al was a part–time faculty of Ohio State University, and Associate Vice President of Nationwide’s Requirements Center of Excellence. As a consultant, Al has helped his clients develop their own PMO’s and software development roadmaps; companies like AEP, Bank One, CompuServe, Nationwide, Ohio Dept of Health, Ohio Dept of Transportation, and Sterling Commerce. He helps develop his clients’ in–house processes, and also works with upper management on the harder problem of strategic deployment and cultural change for implementation.

Al has an M.S in physics and B.S. in math, both contributing to his passionate zeal for rigor in software development and project management. “Al expands our capabilities in software engineering and business process management to serve the needs of our ASC/XR customers” said Dheeraj Kulshrestha, President of Flairsoft Federal.
