The Department of the Air Force awarded a strategic contract to Flairsoft for scientific and software engineering services from September 2012 to January, 2014.

The CREATE Air Vehicles project planned to develop and deploy air vehicle analysis and design tools as well as aerospace synthesis, design, integration, effectiveness, and optimization software suites for DoD acquisition communities supporting all phases of the acquisition cycle. The DaVinci product consisted of software suites and tools for enhancing the DoD acquisition process from early identification of stakeholder needs, through materiel solutions analysis, and through technology development by providing a multi-disciplinary, multi-fidelity, computationally based systems engineering design tool set to exploit the exponential growth in supercomputer power.
