The Department of the Air Force awarded Flairsoft a contract for ADP and telecommunications services in September 2009 ending in September 2012.

The CREATE Air Vehicles project was to develop and deploy air vehicle analysis and design tools as well as aerospace synthesis, design, integration, effectiveness and optimization software suites for DoD acquisition communities supporting all phases of the acquisition cycle.
CREATE-AV was divided into products for fixed wing analysis, rotary wing analysis, airframe-propulsion integration and conceptual design. The DaVinci product consisted of software suites and tools for enhancing the DoD acquisition process from early identification of stakeholder needs through material solution analysis and technology development by providing a multidisciplinary, multi-fidelity, computationally based systems engineering design tool set to exploit the exponential growth in supercomputer power. DaVinci facilitated the relevance of Computationally Based Engineering and High Performance Computing to the earliest phases of acquisition.
